A Journeyman Tool & Die Maker, Dave Gilcher has been working in the machining industry for 47 years. With his innovation and desire to work directly with customers, he branched out on his own in 2001 and became the owner/operator of Gilcher Machine, LLC. Dave, along with his two full time employees, provide custom design and machining for clients nationwide. He strives for precision and quality exceeding industry standards.

The Gilcher Machine LLC team is Jason and Steven. They have been highly trained by Dave to give the client the best possible product and services, pursuing a standard of continuing education  to stay current with the latest manufacturing techniques. With this team, you can count on the highest quality machining standards in southeast Ohio.
